The FSIS Recall Case Archive

This is just a quick blurb about recall information that FSIS has published on their website.  The case archive is a pretty handy tool, and lists details about each recall case.  Recalls have been listed by year and go back to 1994.  It is worth nothing some of the details pertaining to each recall, and reasserts that the primary reason for a recall today is mislabeling (i.e. undeclared allergen).  This archive only pertains to food products that fall under FSIS’ inspection jurisdiction.
