PSU Students Hold “Meat-In Day”

Each year, undergraduate students from the Department of Dairy & Animal Science organize “Meat-In Day,” a proactive event about meat’s role in a balanced diet.  They distribute shelf-stable meat products (this year they had lamb snack sticks, ham snack sticks, lamb jerky, and beef Lebanon bologna) to students before “Meat-Out,” which is recognized in our residence hall cafeterias.  Watch a video interview with a “Pro-meat Activist” here (via PSU Collegian).
