On “Low-Carbon” Diets and the Environment

Dr. William Henning, Emeritus Professor of Animal Science at Penn State University, offered his thoughts about what little impact “low-carbon” diets will have on the environmentItalianSausageLinks in a USA Today letter to the editor (30 April 2009). The letter addresses some of the information presented in a previous article (22 April 2009) describing what it means to partake in a “low-carbon” diet, and its arguably positive environmental impact.
